Apparently Gold Coast and West Coast are keen on Dwayne Wilson and for good reason. Has elite disposal on both feet to the point where he has fooled some, including an underage state coach, into thinking he is left footed when he is right footed. -

Thanks NikkiNoo great detail and accuracy of the drills! The purpose of your 7 on 3 drill is for forwards and midfielders to get 'front and centre' to a pack. Positioning yourself in the right spot directly in front of the pack enables the player to be more likely to 'impact' the contest in some... -

2nds Crows in the SANFL Round 3
Went down to the parade and despite the fact he didn't get heaps of the ball was pleased with what I saw from Jarryd Lyons. He has filled out nicely and attacked the ball with intencity. Team Rd 1
As we have seen in previous years most AFL teams try and copy the Premiership Team. Collingwood were successful with 1 quality ruck and then a make shift back up(Leigh Brown). This then gave them more options and versatility across the field. I think teams will follow this and with the new sub... -
