Not sure if sarcastic or not but he's in the picture posted above

Jumper #44

Na wasn’t being sarcastic didn’t have a proper look at the pick awesome news

Went along to training today, brief and light session for the boys but this is what I took out of it for those interested.
Lynch trained with the main group from the start and then ran some laps by himself at a good pace. Couldn’t look any fitter than what he does.
Stack was there and is very skilful on both sides.
Collier-Dawkins is going to be a huge lad in a few years, moves well but missed a fair few targets. Only stood out because not many others do.
All our young key position players drafted last year look stronger and they are going to be big boys! Coleman-Jones moves really well for a ruckman.
Prestia was out there doing everything, was wearing caddy’s number and I didn’t see Caddy. There were a few I noticed weren’t there in Caddy, Higgins and Moore. They might of been there but I didn’t see them.
Garthwaite and Townsend just ran laps together.
When they were doing circle work type stuff I liked the look of Frasier Turner, got in the right places and sold some candy to Rioli which was impressive.
Cheers

It was great to see Lynch participating in some of the drills, although he's still not doing anything with intense lateral movement. He is training very hard though in terms of running and effort but clearly being managed with the drills. I really like the look of Sydney Stack, he's a good mover and uses the ball really well on either side of his body, and he seems to have quite a big upper body. I agree with Ivansarmy's report above, I thought Turner was the standout of the new draftees today, he possesses lots of run and is a good kick. Naish looked impressive too but still has little weight on him.

Then Stupid moron razor decides to pay another free against Rance for going over the mark!
Yeah that was a joke, the holding the ball was clear, but why was it ok for 3-4 swans players to rub his face in the turf then when one of our guys comes in it’s 50, straight up bs

Naish & Turner both similar types but turner is 5-6 cm taller , outside running wingman types that give us a bit of depth in this area and are talented players with Turner if he was 1 week younger he would have been in the 2019 draft - Think this kid has big upside

Not too concerned about Lynch with where he is at, Looks like the club is being extra cautious with Lynch and working him into it very slowly and with 7 weeks to go i think over the next 3-4 weeks we will see a gradual increase in his participation into the drills and full match simulation culminating in a 70% game time appearance against Carlton in round 1.

I mentioned in the stack thread that compared to Rioli he does look to have broad shoulders compared t Rioli but was mentioned that it was more the angle of the picture , Happy to hear that you noticed this in real life.

thanks for the report

Any 6/6/6 drills/ practice?

Cheers fir that Ivan.
Hows the forgotten kid going Naish?

The forgotten kid is Balta IMO - not forgotten by this board but has barely got a mention from reports, watchers, media etc.
All the attention on Lynch i guess.

It’ll be interesting to see if he gets a run in one of the JLT games to push his case.

He’s a smooth mover but still a bit on the small side at this stage. Showed a fair bit I thought though in the middle of the season last year

Lynch looked to be moving well in the video. Probably running at 70% speed, only straight lines but seen him jump up for the mark. Things he’s coming along ok. We’re just being really cautious by the looks. The Docherty situation has probably spooked us a little bit too. I know the time frames are different on their recoveries but stil

Balta gave us a ‘thanks for coming to watch’ as he walked the boundary signing autographs - massive unit up close!
Yep, Balta and RCD took the time to back track and sign more autographs for fans down the end of the line near the Richmond station goals. My 3 year old now has two new favourites.
