Yeah, can't fault the effort. Wonder if backing up after playing interstate in 35 degree heat 6 days ago has taken a bit out of them.

They were slow in round 1, slow in round 2, slow in round 3 and slow today. There's absolutely no speed anywhere in that team and most of those girls either run backwards into trouble, handball to someone else in trouble or kick in hope. It says a lot about this conference that we've won 2 games.

I think McDonald, McWilliams and Keryk can take a lot of that credit. Besides those 3 there's not much talent in that side (or brains). I'll cut some of the younger players like Van de Heuvel and Purcell some slack but the rest are pretty average.

Boyd, Hoare, Clifford, Orr and one or two others may as well parade as goal posts. They do a similar job. Maybe they'll improve, who knows.
