Didn’t see Liberals praise Swan in his retirement.

The only way for Labor to win is if they remind the public to kick liberals out.
Governments lose elections, oppositions don’t win.
ALP have seemingly forgot how to play opppisotion. Attack attack attack.

Well that's according to Dennis Atkins (Courier Mail). Ipsos polls are generally pretty dodgy anyway.

I don't know why people get excited about Ipsos polls, questionable at the best of times.

If Newspoll is indeed 53/47 it just continues the trend of the government gaining no traction with the voters. Shorten knows he just has to keep doing his thing highlighting government instability and offering sensible and modest policies up to the voting public.

All of these current day to day, week to week "sagas" are meaningless in the wider electorate.
