I am not sure what you mean by immigrants but if you are saying one in five have been assessed as non genuine refugees (assuming that they have all gone through the assessment process) , then on the figures posted, answer is yes.

I don't disagree with any of that. But implicit on ensuring that extremist immigration does not occur, you need a fairly strong filter, do you not?

This is the blind spot (mostly white) left wingers have. Not all people are the same. There are good Muslims, good people of all creeds. But among them there are bad people, sometimes more numerous than they realise. To ensure they don't enter your country, what do you do?

The simple answer is: draconian migration policies. It is not nice, but it works. If you don't want bad people in your country, you stop them at the border. That's what borders are for.

Every terrorist attack in US last year was by non-Muslim, a fair few by white supremacists.

Over 99% of muslims here are not fundamentalist, so welcome with open arms. White Australia policy is so yesterday.

Let's just remember that African Countries are populated predominantly with Africans, Asian countries by Asians, Arab countries by Arabs, India by Indians - in fact almost the entire world accept the Western Countries are virtually all mono-cultures and yet it is Western Countries which are infinitely the most diverse racially, that most beat themselves up over Racism!
So none of this angst about terrorism or left right extremism can logically be about racism at all. It has to be something entirely different, perhaps, it's guilt because we have the highest living standards in the world. Maybe, we don't really want to know how we've manage to sustain those living standards all this time - and how all the other countries somehow continuously destroy themselves and their people live in squalor. And maybe the idea that our governments might be violently and ruthlessly suppressing the rest of the world from rising to our standards of living is just too hard to face.

So when someone says something which might forces us to confront the truth, we lash out and accusing them of racism, or hate speech, or some other ism or we accuse them of being conspiracy theorist it's not because we really believe that - it's because we know that we are not that superior and that our governments, and our global companies are in fact maniacal, greedy, ruthless pricks who will retain their power at any and every price - and by extension we are exactly the same. Now that's something hard to take and best to deflect.

It is interesting how they are now directing their "robust" language towards at least one member of Parliament who is continuing to use the same "robust" language that they all once used.

Even our "robust"-languaged and corrupt Home Affairs Minister has written to a member of Parliament telling this individual that he should refrain from "inciting". Apparently his portfolio can't do anything about it. Apparently Morrison has hit back today, stating this is fake news. Why didn't he call it out back in the day? Apparently he only declined to comment. I wonder whether this should be investigated further, surely our government would not deliberately spread fear and hatred for votes...?
