Usually avoid R2 trades but I was blown away by how bad we looked yesterday that I've lost all faith in Merrett being top 10 for the year.



Leaves me room to correct Balta next week if required otherwise can hold from there.

I'm in very unfamiliar territory not required to make any trades this week. If they dropped Balta (unlikely imo) possibly trade in someone but even then I would be best off waiting to next week. Ive been playing this nightmare for years now, is it after three games the prices change?

I've been playing since inception. Each preseason, I promise myself that I'm going to watch the preseason games and come on here and read all the threads about rookies and the positional threads, I'm also going to read all the supercoach related articles in the HUN.

In reality, I cobble together a month or so before the season starts, and then don't look at it again until the week the season is starting. I umm and arrr over players such as Nic Newman, he's in then at the last minute he's out. Now I'm contemplating burning 2 trades, one of which is Walsh out, to get Newman in.

I am so shit at this game, but I hear her soft, siren song calling to me each season and I decide to torture myself yet again.

Keep Grundy and Gawn but Oliver looks like he might have to go.

I am tempted to trade him now to Cogs, Lloyd, Sheed, Rocky or Newman but will wait till next week at least.
