Jack Riewoldt to begin his new role as starting Full Back for RFC '19. The only player on our list who can out Tross the Tross. Starting every center bounce in defensive square, no-one can stop Jack getting a fist to it if bombed in quickly with 666 format. Floating across, marshaling the backline and feeding runners in Sheds and Markov or clearing long to Houli and Rioli. Drifting forward and switching up with Balta to drop back in transition, Jack will find himself space moving into the the front half causing absolute mayhem to any other teams defense. Replace Spine with Spine and leaving room in the front for Caddy.
JR8's new career goals for '19:
1) AA Full Back (Capt).
2) Lowest #Goals Against for AFL
3) Record highest #Intercept Marks in AFL
4) Premiership medal and Norm Smith medal
5) Top 5 in Coleman Medal (T. Lynch RFC 78 goals)

Why bring in Brando? Soft as butter, apart from speed no where near Rance, rance doesn't shirk out of contests like Brando.
Wouldn't bring him in after 1 good VFL practice match against the blues let him have a couple more games to see if he can get a couple of games of good performance.

2 talls isn't gonna work, one out for George this week

Grimes to DeGoey must be an absolute lock. should have happened last time..

Astbury on Cox has to happen by default but if Cox is on a lead we need someone dropping into the hole.

Elliot will destroy Short. Reckon it needs to be Broad or Vlastuin.
Agree that Elliot would eat short for breakfast...

2) Sidearse sweeper 5-10m defensive side of stoppages to prevent Richmond forward handball.

Sidebottom ran in off the back of the square at centre bounces in the PF. Will take some tinkering for him to do that this time.

I wish Towner was around.......
I know exactly what to do about cox.

Towner played very well in the VFL practice game as a midfield enforcer. Was his belligerent best.

Coaches votes..

10 Trent Cotchin (RICH)
8 Kane Lambert (RICH)
6 Patrick Cripps (CARL)
4 Toby Nankervis (RICH)
1 Kamdyn McIntosh (RICH)
1 Dustin Martin (RICH)

Markov can be our speedy defender since Collingwood’s attack is pretty quick.

Markov averaged 1 tackle per game in 2017 when he last played. Vlas and Grimes are 3-4 per game. Houli as the outside runner- 2. So I am not sure how he will nullify Collingwood's quick attack. Like Ellis, he is a runner who can provide breaking the line attacks, but shutting down forwards with tackling pressure is not his strength.

So Cripps has the 3 Brownlow votes, which other Carlton players will take the 2 and 1?

I hope Garthwaite gets through. He is really good 1-on-1
