It is annoying we’re not further in front. We’re not finished article yet. When we become a good side, the players will have more confidence and trust in each other, they will take that 1 second to compose and finish.. Pleased with the game plan and effort.

Typical of the umpires to pluck a deliberate rushed behind when they haven't paid that for years.

They are looking for any excuse to keep Essendon in this.

Great goal from Gresham to make up for it, no help from the umpires of course.

The deliberate, the coat hanger, the rushed behind under perceived pressure (which is a thing), the non holding the ball, the Zerrett high contact, the Smith high contact.

How many of their scores have come from a shit free whether directly or indirectly.

This is one of those games where we should be 8-10 goals up, the pessimist in me really doesn't want to watch the second half considering the frees are only going to get worse based on the fact that I assume we are winning the count at the moment.

I detest the rushed behind rule, it allows umpires the discretion to give away a goal. No Discretionary rules ( and there are way too many ) should carry a goal penalty.
