Quarter time and he seems to be doing well. Hands are quick and he isn’t afraid to hit his opponent hard. Good signs.

Today was just about dotting the i's and crossing the t's.

Will be better for it. This was the big fitness test and he passed it with flying colours.

Got knocked off the ball a couple of times today and that’s to be expected as he gets used to body contact again.

Solid return to footy.

Was it 75% game time today? Probably more than they ideally wanted but going 2 down with rotations forced their hand.

15 touches was good, he'll be better for the run. Loved his work defensively.

We're playing the long game here folks. Today was the first step in a long and rewarding journey

He was rusty as to be expected, but he got through the game which was the most important thing.
how he pulls up and goes next week is the test
second game is usually harder to back up for than the first back after a long lay off

if he beats henderson by 4 sprint efforts in his first game back, thats really saying something. Although how do they calculate a "sprint effort"? Because scully is LIGHTNING quick, like seriously he has brad hill type speed. Could not belive how quick he was when watching at the game.
