AFL Player Ratings so far this year:

1: Patrick Cripps
2: Scott Lycett
3: Shane Edwards
4: Ben Cunnington
5: Cam McCarthy
6: Scott Pendlebury
7: Jade Gresham
8
: Alex Sexton
9: Nat Fyfe
10: Tim Kelly

Obviously pretty early in the year given some of the names there, but still good to see Gresh being recognised.

Alex Sexton is some player this year too, I think he's leading the Coleman too.

Be interesting to see our thoughts on SL in 2 - 3 years time
Hope the club is keeping a close eye on him

Same bloke is responsible for the likes of Ratten, Lade and Gubby. For pushing us to work in a performance based culture with the aim to improve daily.

Put my hand up, I was a bit iffy about him coming to the club but he seems to have done a lot of good so far and the best part about it he’s not shy to make a stand and defend the club as per the assertions of Damian Barrett recently.

We’ve got a little mongrel off field as well as on field recently, both of which are proving to be a good thing.

I truly find it hard to fathom that 1 bloke can have such over ruling power that he could force through the Hannaberry trade if there were outstanding issues that otherwise meant the deal shouldn't have been done, Hopefully this club has learnt to instill checks and balances that means 1 person cannot single highhandedly run the club al-la Rossco and Thommo.

All bargains come with risk. He potentially sold the bargain while reviewing the jobs of those responsible for the decision. I’d definitely listen to his argument if I was in their shoes....

Looks to me since he has come everything is improving even our players

Early days, but certainly trending in the right direction.
