Thoughts on Rozee? Worth bringing him in for Greene?

He looks the goods

Playing the high half forward role at the moment but I can see him moving onto the wing during the season.

If you have Moore down back, then brining Rozee into your team is a great idea and then you won't have the stress of Punchable missing games.

Yeah very happy i forked out extra to get him over gibbons. Once i heard how much hinklwy rated him he was a lock.

Kinda but im still my mind debating wether or not to trade balta or hore to him if named. Part is maybe coz i dont think he will continue to score that well. The other is not wasting a trade because i expect hore and balta to be back. The question is how long for? This js is way better than theirs anyway so best prob not to overthink it and just get him. Still havent heard how long may is out for anyway

Pretty damn close. Probably won't score like he has the first 2 weeks, but has 2 great scores to kick start his cash generation.
Has good JS and for a small fwd has a SC friendly game.

I only have 3 spuds in my team. Balta, McGrath, Heeney. Balta to Parker is straight forward.
But Heeney to Parker allows McGrath to Lloyd.

On Parker, there's no way he keeps busting out 80+s I don't think, but when forward rookies are thin on the ground, his JS looks solid, and he's got two good scores behind him, he's good shopping.

My dilemma is if (pseudo-rookie) Ridley is a non-starter this week, I'll need to flip him for either Scrimshaw or Rozee.

Who of those two looks the better buy?

I reckon I have all the other rookies one would really want to have - Rozee has been excellent, but Scrimshaw is cheaper. Who would be the priority?

I'm holding Ridley if he's named, but I'd take Scrimshaw ahead of Rozee. I'm backing Scrimshaw to improve steadily as the season goes on. 3rd year in the system. Rozee, being a first year player, might go the other way.

Good input. About where my head is at, too. I still think Ridley has nice scoring and earning potential if he's in the team. Could play a good role if/when Essendon get their act together.

Definitely not. Setterfield every chance to score as well/better and play as many/more games. Pretty "equal" rookies, and both worth having but not rushing to.

I was going to but then saw Scott’s tweets about Jed, Ahern and others possibly coming back in so not sure now.
