Well that’s big waste of the generous salary he is receiving.
This will be kept well under wraps by our neighbours.
Seriously, where is Smithson and his rubbish bin when you need him.
Still, gambling addiction is a massive concern. If is true hope he gets help.

Why wouldn't they keep it under wraps? It's his personal business.

So when does a players personal business avoid scrutiny these days?
For Port players at least.
I was having a lend.

Injury-plagued Fremantle midfielder Harley Bennell has suffered yet another calf setback.

The 26-year-old reported calf soreness after a training session on Tuesday, before an MRI scan on Thursday confirmed the issue had reared its ugly head again.

Bennell most recently strained his troublesome calf at the start of February but was two weeks away from returning in the WAFL before his latest setback.

The 2010 No. 2 pick has played only two games for the Dockers — the last two games of 2017 — since crossing from Gold Coast at the end of 2015 following a controversial stint at Metricon Stadium.

Heard last night that Gibb's has a gambling problem, seen leaving the casino at 6am.... has this got any legs?

Port is Florida and the Crows are Idaho. Hinkley is Homer and Pyke is Marge.

Ralph is Sam Gray, Ralph's dad is Ken Hinkley, 'Idaho' is 'a centre half forward', Skinner is the Port Adelaide supporter base.

They still can't get enough of the Lions love fest.
They really should be 2-3 if we didn't kick 2-7 in the 2nd quarter.

Still a fair way off playing finals IMO.

Wow and didn’t they just give him a 2 year contract extension?

Such a wasted talent. He should just retire.

Hipwood has kicked 9 goals in 5 games for the year, but kicks 6 against us.

Just Port things.
So when does everyone start turning on Monty?

Wow Daniher coming in as a late change for Essendon even though he’s not an emergency. Essendon willing to take the fine.

This shouldn't be allowed in any circumstance!.

The fact the AFL allows it happen still shows how unprofessional the league is.

Just imagine if we tried to do the same with Dixon, the victorians and the pissant media in this would cry foul.

I hate essendon as much as anyone but afl clubs should be able to bring in anyone they like from their squad at any time up to the start of the game. The current system is all about protecting betting agencies. Betting agencies can **** off
Do you expect in the future that Thursday night teams will be scrapped and teams will end up being listed an hour before the game like in soccer?

The AFL has confirmed that Essendon will be hit with a financial sanction.
Essendon football manager Dan Richardson said Clarke suffered a calf bleed overnight, and the late change was unavoidable.
