I don’t feel Clarko or the club put out nor do they accept we are transitioning and not competing, whilst I don’t think we can win a flag in 2019 I still think we have ambitions to play finals. Listen, I accept and support whoever Clarko and the MC select however I just prefer others at this stage. It’s pretty simple right?
I’d say you have posted on Nash about 200 times this season. For me, that is about 190 times more than is required so it makes you come across as a player basher no matter how many times you claim otherwise (not saying you are but do you see why people think you are?). It’s not what you say it’s just you fill every preview and post game thread with the same comments. If you are really ok with other people’s opinions why do you post so prolifically about the same players and get into literally the same arguments with posters every week?

Is it bad that W/L seem less important to me this season ? That the true reflection of our season will be how we fair come October's trade / FA period.

I’d say the issue is with those that point out my posts

There are some that criticise players players, when that player is up for discussion and others who just bring them up in every post. I'm all for people saying this player is struggling a bit, this guy needs to lift, this guy is out of form and a run in the magoos might help. What I find tedious is 17 posts in a row, in case no one knows your opinion on this guy or that guy.

On another note I am far more confident in us in this match than I was a week ago.
Strangely, so am I Grumble, I put a few quid on us at 2.65 to 1.

even though i disagree with you on Mirra, i appreciate your opinions and that you put your opinions out there, there just seems to be 2 groups on bigfooty over the years, 1. those that will criticise and put their opinions out there about players, coaches and admin....2. those that support whatever the club does no matter what

and there happens to be conflict between the 2 as the group that criticises gets attacked for not being supportive enough and the group supporting no matter what gets labelled cheerleaders and dont help the club when the club is going in the wrong direction.

It’s not about wearing rose tinted glasses when forming an opinion or supporting no matter what. It’s about berating the sh*t out of players to the point of literal concussion when most of us are capable of better.

Each to their own. I respect your opinions particularly those in the draft/development threads.

Keen to see what Mitch Lewis does.

With Ceglar out of the side, I'm thinking rather that 50/50 in the ruck it'll be more a case of 70/30 with Lewis spending most of the game in the forward line.
Does he ruck much at BHH?

I look at our line up and can’t help but think... we have the quality to upset the Cats, we seriously do.

I’m also loving Ceglar out this week. We’ve been too ruck-heavy the last few weeks. Carn the Hawks!

Mitch Lewis needs time in the seniors - will likely take some time but has shown steady progression to date. not many key talls do much in their first 20-30 (or 50) games - and Mitch is on 2.

Yeah I'm thinking the same, realistically the team is knee-capped with no Mitchell and now other injury concerns this year. I think we'll get around 10 to 12 wins then what we can do in the off-season will show where we are going

Nothing wrong with Cuthrie mate. Does a good lock down and offers good run and carry off half back for mine.
You'll see for yourself on monday with his half-arsed efforts to chase, his refusal to tackle and his chip kicks that go sideways and offer no value.

Not only that but he handballs to stationary targets and is awful under pressure.

He hasn't played a lock down role since 2017.
