Who cares either way, seriously! I’ve been consciously following this club for 33 years and waiting for another league title for 29 of those, with I’ve lost count of how many false dawns and unbearably repetitive shite Gerrard memes littered along the way.

I will guarantee you right now that if we win it this year, as the final whistle goes United fans’ choice of which eye they would prefer to have poked out to end the season of their nightmares will barely register an iota, let alone bloody Bournemouth (no offence to Bournemouth fans in here!).

Not saying you’re one of them, but it’s madness that people are wasting so much energy caring about this.

Like ADL, it would bother me in the slightest to win the title as the neutrals second choice.

I work at Runcorn atm, so most are Everton, Liverpool or United. So no real neutrals to speak of.

At home pretty much anyone I speak to wants us to win. But that could just be cause I'm a lovely bloke.

And in the long run it counts for SFA.

As a neutral, I'd prefer City won because it ultimately doesn't matter.

It's impossible to take the vast majority of city supporters seriously as they've jumped on-board in the past few years to a club that is purely the folly of some rich family, where is the culture? (Outside of Manchester)

Much of what makes Liverpool supporters the most obnoxious fanbase in sport is their loyalty and what they've gone through to get to this point, for that reason alone I don't want them to have the satisfaction .

I just can't think how it could possibly work for the fans? How could they travel each week to various different countries? How could they afford it?

I've said it before but i'd instantly stop following Arsenal if they were to join anything like this and i'd imagine there would be a large amount of fans that would do the same.

There is also no way whoever did the survey surveyed many people from each club. Probably more like “We asked 10 Everton fans who they’d rather win the league title out of Liverpool and Manchester City and remarkably 3 of them said Liverpool”.
