Willie Rioli was hit by Bailey Dale. Who escaped any punishment for that hit.

Rioli then retaliated and slapped Dale across the chest. Dale went the massive flop, got a free kick and Rioli is fined.

Bailey Dale is the one who went a cheap shot then sooked when it was his turn.

It is more to do with his mental capacity and ability to make proper adult decisions than his race.

He is not someone who is able to make decisions beyond that of a child.

The league are well aware of this due to his long history with poor off-field decisions and are hesitant to throw the book at someone of his capacity.
