How popular are burgers in fish and chip joints?

Pretty popular. On quiet days we might sell 20, on busy summer days 40. Cant comment on other shops but our grill section is very busy. Popular with the tradie crowd

I do like a hamburger with the lot from Sotos.

It has become a Good Friday tradition with the family to. Pre order if you are smart. The queue is out the door.

I swear the media have this button they press every six months when news cycles die down a bit.

Its the "Madeline Mcann" button. DEPRESS THE "NEW INFORMATION TRIGGERS FRESH SEARCH FOR MCANN" BUTTON!

Hmm, actually lets go with the "NEW AI IMAGE OF MADELINE MCANN AND WHAT SHE WOULD LOOK LIKE TODAY!"

Anyone know a butcher in the eastern burbs who sells good brisket? All this talk has me gagging for it.

In this weather I’ll be slow cookering inside, thank you.

You could order a toothpick from amazon and they'd send it in something the size of a shoebox.
As apposed from ordering a 10 man tent that comes in a cover the size of a sandwich bag.

Not many at all. Google is your friend. A million other things have kild kids way before quad bikes.
"Not many at all, dont worry about it!"

(Thread full of posts by people with annihilator stories)

Yeah haha, totally safe.

raman Not particularly a brisket guy but I reckon the Halal supermarket on Payneham Road Felixstow next to the MCDonalds (used to be a Foodland) is probably worth a go. Their meat in general is good and up to half the price of normal butchers. I've been getting all my meat there outside of the swine products for the last 6 months.

I’ll check them out but I would’ve assumed a halal butcher would eschew brisket on principle. ;)

I watched Before the End last night a 3 part doc series that claims Jim Morrison faked his death in Paris & has been living in Syracuse NY as a maintenance man since the 1970's.
Completely bonkers but worth a watch if you are a Doors fan as there's interviews with his brother & school friends which paints a different picture of the guy. Genius IQ and photographic memory.

They are almost the same laws.
More in common than not.

Plenty of brisket recipes in Arabic cooking.
