If we are going down the untried path then my pick would be Brett Montgomery from GWS. Adam Kingsley current right hand man.

Very similar to Kingsley in terms of that he has a great balance in building good relationships with the players but he can be a pretty hard ass type of dude when he needs to.

Yep Montgomery is my choice too.
I think he’d do well as our head coach.

I think I said it when it was all just conjecture but I'd like Longmire or Jennings. And the more I think about it the more I want someone like Craig Jennings.

Imagine what players like Kozzy, Windsor, Rivers, Bowey, Chandler, Lindsay, McVee and AMW could do running hard and kicking to an open forward line suited to Fritsch and a hard leading JVR. Jennings is the coach most likely to achieve that

Would be an horrendous move if we got him in. Even after the Peptides stuff, he's gone away from football, had some very minor roles and is now in the media. And when he speaks, he couldn't offer much less insight.
