Unfortunately it feels like Dev’s cards are kinda marked at this point. We’re just too stacked in his position and other guys like Tunstill are more suited to playing wing/flank. Having said that he’ll most likely be the sub anyways

Tunstill can do what Dev does but isn’t a liability with the footy

I thought Tunstill showed some improvement and looked more comfortable at AFL level than previously in his couple of goes at it this season.

Tunstill only the 2 AFL games this year.
I thought he played well v Pies in R6. One of his better AFL games when called upon.
15D, 3M and 3 of just 28 tackles the Lions had that day
Lohmann returned the following week, so he went back to Sub.

In general playing sub does not help players one bit to break into the side.

It's amazing how fast Sam Marshall has become best 22. Watching the Dockers game I could definitely see the McCluggage comparison. Has a very high ceiling.

Annable is a pure inside midfielder from his time the VFL, plays nowhere else and doesn't look like a player suited to the wing or up forward anymore than Lachie does. Annable is really something, he will push others out of the midfield rotation from day 1, I'm very bullish on him, he has the quick hands like Ashcroft, tackles more like Dunkley and chases the ball like Lachie in and under. I know kids usually start on the fringe a bit somewhere, can't see it with his bloke.

Fages always pumps 50 games into elite talent asap; he will be no different than the Ashcrofts or Raynor.

Hate dropping Beecken for Tunstill, but understand he is a hard at it physical footballer who can cover more positions in a game where we may we'll need to use the sub more tactically if it's close.

Remember back in the day when we had the mosquito brigade
Was that Squizzy , Canfield and was the third Zorks?
Well as bad as those years were, let’s face it there were some great times.
Would be great to see a reel of Zorko over the years
I do remember Dermi saying in Zorko earlier days
In Dermie’s voice.
You know
As good as it looks and exiting when he bounced the ball three times along the wing.
If he had looked inside there was a free man.
Actually made a lot of sense but yeah it was friggan exiting Dermie.
Love Zorks and what he has achieved
Certainly has given me some great moments.
Probably deserves a thread

i don't like milestone games....I know we've won some but we've also lost quite a few and with this weeks game being so

I’m less nervous this week. We’re playing finals regardless. A top-4 finish would be the absolute cream on top, but considering our season and injury list i’m just happy we’re playing in September.
I would have been very disappointed if we’d faded end of season a missed (and it was looking very possible 10 days ago), but we didn’t.

I still want to win the GF, but once you reach knockout finals anything can happen.
