mmmm, well there are only 4 RFA players without homes currently and OA is off to BRI, TDK to STK, Worpel?, Starcevich?
Not that I am super keen on Starcevich with his history, but I am happy that WC have asked the AFL to pony up something!
Pittance what was given to any other club as assistance.
Keep hearing that WC would like some more rookie spots which I think is the minimum we should get if the AFL is playing a straight bat;);).
Not huge on the Starcevich thing but can heavily front end him and if concussion becomes a serious issue the payout percentage not counted against the cap is very high so the amount counting against the cap in the lasted years would be minimal anyway.

You’d think he’d take the big contract offer with those issues as well. Just incase

We can just trade a f3rd or f4th for starcevich anyway cant we?
It's more than what brisbane would get anyway

baffling someone so stupid and out of touch could be a head coach, did he forget salary caps exist?
They gone done for salary cap cheating when he was a player, so I presume that's why he says just to 'spend the money'.

All these changes making want to fast forward to trade and draft and find out how good our side is going to be next year.

Workrate was always Ryan's weakness. Mercurial player but goes missing.

Good luck to whoever takes him and I hope we get something worthwhile in return.

Second rounder? direct swap for steel?
I think he will have a easier time at the Saints as they will have a lot of good options up fwd with King , Higgins, Owens ,Sharman and Ryan with his cameo role..

Take Starcevich in the PS ****ing D you complete and utter pencils

If WCE wait until the PSD, then Starcevich has to wait until nearly December before he can be at the club.

He can join the club immediately once he's a free agent.

This is the main reason clubs don't want to use it.

Guys come in peace.

I get it when you lose or potentially lose a player it’s shit.

But be realistic - we won’t be handing over any half decent young player aside from potentially collard.

It’s likely a draft asset or at best Steele - if you can convince him to come with $$$
Realistically you won't get shit if you dont cough up, so you better get to work champ

after effects from Thymosin.

When he says "pay the tax and hire more development coaches", he means "hire more Stephen Dank types and pump the players".

And just like that, Barnett turns into a Dean Cox and we play finals.

Would love to get Cody to West Coast. Kid is an absolute jet and already in the top 3 best Pioneers players as an underager this year.
I somehow stumbled upon Carlton fan twitter and saw one saying the Blues should take legal action against the AFL for not allowing them access to him as you "have a right to choose your employer"

Sharp at P.1 does worry me a bit. His profile says he likes to be stationary at CBs.I think we need mids with speed.
We already do “stationary” without any more
He is not a stationary mid, one of his strengths is reading the ball first and moving that split second before his opponent, he's often running through stoppages with his burst, he's not JHF but he's not a ball watcher, he goes and gets it. His strength, power and ability to do the hard work inside is without peer in this draft class.

He is so much better than a lot of the shit canning he cops on a number of club’s boards. If we only had pick 1 I’d take Sharp.

Would be a bigger than usual risk picking a FS player who already has a strong connection and roots at a certain club though. I assume he's got to know all the coaches, players and staff etc over the last few years

Hird shouldn’t even be on tv. Eagles were literally labeled as evil when players were suffering from addiction.
Meanwhile, Hirds A Team consisted of mark “pippy” Thompson, Stephen “danging” dank and dean “ped weapon” Robinson. Hird can kiss his hole and should disappear from tv along with a few others.

If they only knew how hard he works on his game and what a ripper bloke he is. His value isn't just in his playing but arguably more in his leadership, his aura. Makes his teamates walk taller, those types are very rare. I didn't have SA winning the champs before they started but can attribute a large part of it due to his leadership and team first mentality instilled in his fellow teamates.
