They just showed some snippets on ON THE COUCH from the Geelong lions game and showing the tagging job of Mullins on Hughey. Blimey teddy no wonder Hugh couldnt get the footy, the 3 clips that were showed 1 of them had mullins hands around Hughs stomach so thats an automatic free kick ( forwards get them all the time ) and another showed Hugh trying to run but Mullins holding Hugh's arm. Geez no wonder he couldnt get much of the footy.

All depends who it is, i presume if that was Nick Daicos being manhandled, fair chance some frees may have been plucked out. Not one of the umpires was probably even watching. Thats the issue. Maybe Hugh needs to have a little word to the umpire as he walks past with a little comment, " hey im being man handled when im trying attack and get the footy ,just letting you know"

geelong did the exact same thing with blicavs on neale in the 22 prelim. both them and collingwood are very good at knowing the limits of what exactly they can get away with at this time of year.

I thought that was awesome.. none of the politically correct the opposition are great filleted rubbish we always get.

And not an attack on the other team or the players or the coaches or the umpires.

Just straight out two year old style bottom lip out, 'nah. If i can't have it they can't have it' tantrum style.

Should be more of it. And i hope he doesn't get crucified by the me too press for it. It was great.

Issue is after the Kenny Hinkley business last year, Mitchell has the biggest glass jaw in the league. They talk a big talk but then are the first to cry and whinge when things don’t go their way.
