I have nothing to say other than thank **** that’s over

Watching us lose every weekend was bad enough without Carlton routinely giving up half time leads and Hawthorn getting the run of the whistle anytime they looked in trouble

For a brief period late in the season it looked as if Hawthorn might miss finals and hand us a top 10 pick but alas it wasn’t to be after they scraped into the top 8

Ah well, pick 11 instead of the pick 8 we’d have received by choosing Carlton wasn’t going to be too bad

Then GWS shat the bed in a home final and Adelaide took the same laxatives the following week

Left us with no alternative but to hope for a Geelong win which might be the cruellest punishment of all in a totally crap season.

So pick 15 it is for Barrass, along with 33 and 51 which will all slide back due to the vagaries of free agency, father/sons and academy picks

It’ll be fascinating to see how we use those picks and which players join our club as a result. Hopefully they’re all stars

With drongos like Watson & Ginnivan conducting themselves like absolute twats on the field, Barrass starting to sound very flogish with his recent comments and an absolute grub of a coach lurking around in the background causing absolute chaos with regards to player movement, my dislike for Hawthorn has increased 10 fold in the last year or two.

I will happily continue to death ride them moving forward.

Maybe they can prolong Barrass’ career by playing him exclusively as a forward next year.

He has experience in that role, after all.

Barrass always plays on the second best forward and never the best.

Always happy to see the Hawks lose. I don't watch Hawks vs Freo games for this reason.
