Therefore, if I’m Gold Coast and there is a choice between Jamie Elliott and Charlie Cameron, I’m absolutely going Elliott. He’s an absolute point of difference and a proven big game / time / moments player which is not what Curnow is.

Gold Coast can get both, if they can convince both to move.

I reckon our boys wouldn't give 2-shits. They were probably happy they weren't in the room and could have a relaxed evening other than having to wear a suit, except when the camera light was on.

It's the American look at me over the top celebrity culture, the glorify gangster, 15 minutes of fame, look at how good my life is Instagram crowd.

Personally I prefer the culture of my youth... self deprecating humour, never take yourself too seriously, understated/modest achievement and take the piss out of anybody overtly drinking their own bathwater.
