lets say your right, which you aren't, I would rather give Oscar/fort combo games every single day of the weekHe really hasn’t but I think we know you can’t see this clearly

I can see clearly now Sam Day is gone.He really hasn’t but I think we know you can’t see this clearly

if you needed me to spell out I would rather give opportunity to our premiership ruckman in fort and Oscar who deserves his chance which ive stated numerous times before I dont really know what else you wantWow. Great point
I could argue the case on how valuable his contribution was, anyway its kind of all irrelevant nowWe’re still here. He has made a valuable contribution to the club this year and we thank him for his service.
I think the AFL should clarify these sorts of interpretations, you are permitted to make incidental high contact in spoiling, so long as your sole purpose is the football a good example of this is Gardiner on Mckay 23 prelimView attachment 2432769
We know he doesn't chop the arm and there's a clear gap between the bodies. One of the best spoils and bravest after his head knock history to be done in a game.
I’m so happy to be proven wrong.what happened to all the sam day lovers? gallop unbelievable, Marshall, gallop and Levi all real good
Have to agree. At the game, there appeared to be a certain sense of calm. We had their number. I read the game day thread today and was surprised by some of the panic. To the outside world, we're just along for the ride next week. No ****ing way. We're in it up to our eyeballs. Last night was so enjoyableI couldn't sleep last night so I watched the game again. Without the emotion of 'in the moment' you could see it was really never in doubt. The Pies spell in the second was the only time they really pegged us back. We were in control for the rest of the game. Wilmott was amazing and McCluggage was everywhere. Even Charlie was working his arse off to get involved in the game, so I was so pleased to see him grab a goal. Morris was fantastic forward. Kai was good but at times was just trying the hero move instead of the team thing. Zorko was good in the second half. He was stiff to give away the high free on Schultz seeing as 3 seconds early LAshcroft almost had this head taken off and driven into the ground, not paid. Harris Andrews was had, shoulders, knees, and toes above their attack. An awesome individual performance.
Only change with front-on contact compared to the usual marking contest provisions is that it's a free if the player's "...sole objective is not to contest or spoil a mark".I think the AFL should clarify these sorts of interpretations, you are permitted to make incidental high contact in spoiling, so long as your sole purpose is the football a good example of this is Gardiner on Mckay 23 prelim
Front on contact is different though, how much contact are you allowed to make? is it none? is it a little bit?
Followed by the knee drop and free and goal to Dhultz.Nearly lost my tv.The most egregious missed free was the headlock tackle. Crickets on that one.
Same here. After the 100 m penality as well. Looking at that again I don't think it was Levi who gave the 2nd 50 away. Someone else chased around the back of the kicker. Could be wrong though.Followed by the knee drop and free and goal to Dhultz.Nearly lost my tv.
I thought the umpire got it right with the two head high tackles.Same here. After the 100 m penality as well. Looking at that again I don't think it was Levi who gave the 2nd 50 away. Someone else chased around the back of the kicker. Could be wrong though.
Ah Chee ran around the back but I’m pretty sure the umpire paid it against Levi which was absolutely ridiculous seeings how he was running alongside Daicos who wasn’t taking the free kick.Same here. Winding up about Zorks grabbing Cox's specsWonder what old mate eddie mcguire is doing right now.
The umpire looked like he was telling Levi to clear the area even though he was just running alongside a Collingwood player so Levi probably didn’t even realise he was talking to himI thought the umpire got it right with the two head high tackles.
Levi raised his arm to draw the free kick
And Shultz did go low but our tackling needed to be better.
But the 100 metre penalty!
I just have no idea how that happened.
Does anybody know?
There was speculation that Cox should be offered another contract. That would be a win other teams. They love their over 30s who must fall off a cliff soon.Winding up about Zorks grabbing Cox's specs
