Are they good because people had them in their phantoms drafts high, or are they actually not that good because clubs haven’t wanted to take them.

I wonder if we would’ve taken Phillipou anyway. Kondo is a very different player.

Sort of hoped we’d take a chance on Kickett. Gotta give the indigenous boys a crack at it when they’ve got something special in the kit bag. Plus I’d love some more of that sort of exciting forward play at our club again.

As a fellow greek, we're poor athletes, so this in itself is impressive.

Max Kondo has a bit of development to go body wise but he has looked like a decent intercept medium defender. Reads the play well.
Kicks it well. Has decent speed. Good mark. Actual one on one defense needs work. Is a player that likes to move the footy from half back.
