Another top 10 Academy pick for the Lions?
Maybe but expect another slight tightening or the rules. Lets face it we got an extra pick in the top 15 this year due to the rules being adjusted. Sides are now starting to pay a decent price to get these guys.Another top 10 Academy pick for the Lions?

Nephew isn't he? So we can draft him to avoid thatLooks like there's another LeCras to put us to the sword in years to come, that'll be all nice and nostalgic
A quality small forward I’d like so Arki Butler and Gabriel Patterson are of interest. Not sure when a bid comes for Justice but I would like to grab him, he has the athleticism and size that could see him go early.![]()

Who are we drafting next year eDPS ?
Ripping a bunch of picks out of the horkes for Merrette would be good if we are hoping for a live pick plus Justice with the AFL restricting bid matchingA quality small forward I’d like so Arki Butler and Gabriel Patterson are of interest. You reckon he can be that? More Ridley rather than Redman for meMax Kondogiannis![]()
Someone with wheels off HB, please.
And if we don't land Zac Bailey, another pressure small forward would be great.
I had OTaylor and Dov on my want list.
He has more speed than Ridley. From what I have watched over here he has the scope to take the game on but he has a bit of development to go.You reckon he can be that? More Ridley rather than Redman for me
Good athlete, decision maker and kick though... and can intercept mark nicely
Wonder how quickly he can get ahead of Prior in the 1st cab off the depth department
I think Angus Clarke and SEH are our next higher up defenders off half back with zip, anyway. Mcgrath, Redman still plenty of time left in them aswell
Also Z.Johno and A.Roberts have as much zip as guys like M.Oconnor, Guthrie, Humphries that the cats used off half back in finals
Feel like we will trade our Pick 5/6 in 2026 for West Coast’s/North/Richmond’s 2027 R1 Pick.Yep. Bewick is going to be hard to get.
You do it on draft night, and push it back a few times. Let some clubs move up a few spots and accumulate a few more for the following year.Feel like we will trade our Pick 5/6 in 2026 for West Coast’s/North/Richmond’s 2027 R1 Pick.

I see Clarke as a wing with endurance more than a rebounding half back who can run, carry and break lines. SEH can, but his disposal is 50/50.You reckon he can be that? More Ridley rather than Redman for me

I mean every 17/18yr old has development to goHe has more speed than Ridley. From what I have watched over here he has the scope to take the game on but he has a bit of development to go.
Id rather he be a half back, think hes too good to be sitting on a dead wing at stages. Dont mind where he is really next year, but long term hbf for me unless we have an over abundance and all Mcgrath, Roberts, Zak Johno, SEH, Kondo are required thereI see Clarke as a wing with endurance more than a rebounding half back who can run, carry and break lines. I reckon the backs for the future locked in would be Farrow, Reid, Roberts. So maybe right about Clarke but I see his endurance as a weapon. SEH, Nguyen and Kondo are up in the air to me.I mean every 17/18yr old has development to go
But he tested 2.94 for 20m i believe, good accelaration for his size

Clarke played his juniors predominantly half back
I think maybe he looks at going back post Redman/Mcgrath/Ridley era unless injuryI reckon the backs for the future locked in would be Farrow, Reid, Roberts. So maybe right about Clarke but I see his endurance as a weapon. SEH, Nguyen and Kondo are up in the air to me.
