Only the veterans will have known CoggaRules on here and I don’t think he has posted on here for a long time.
But CoggaRules lost his short battle with cancer today.
Cogga was a funny bastard. A little rough around the edges and certainly up for an argument (and, at times, a mod's nightmare ), but in real life he was a gentleman and a bloody good bloke.
His knowledge of the game was something I always admired and him nicknaming Kane Johnson 'Captain Peepee' is probably one of the BF folklore nicknames in history.
You were a rabid Tiger fan and loved this club as much as anyone.

Did not know he had cancer...sad to hear it claimed him.
I noticed his absence on here, wondered where he had gotten to...so many on here do come and go...
I always like to think they have gone on to bigger, better and brighter...
Here's hoping he had a taste of it before passing...
No better than seeing 3 Tiger Premierships as well...

But Tugga said it well - outside of the forums he was a rippa bloke and true gentleman

Went out on his own terms up north in the sunshine . He fought it to the very end Jimmy Stynes style .

Over 20 years I knew him online and we would always catch up in person when the chance arose - shared a beer with around 6 months ago up in kingy .

They were great times with him back then .

I remember his posts often being written in capitals, like he was yelling really loud and yelling it really close to your face One of the posters which, in the early days really got me hooked on this site. Glad he got to see 3 glorious flags before he passed
