Im all for giving batsmen a decent stretch of games as it is an unforgiving endeavor, but I think Webster deserves to take Green's place next Test.
Green just went hard hands at one that went past the edge before doing tye exact same thing next ball. Slow learner and on top of the duck in the first innings, its a concern.

You could forgive him if they were just unplayable balls, but he's been throwing his wicket away. Frustrating

Surely they can't play Jacks any more. On a wicket that isn't offering a whole lot you need a spinner who can control the flow of runs. Jacks is allowing Australia to score at ODI speed - contrast that with Lyon who only went for 2.5 runs per over.

He's a batting all-rounder and he's playing like one. Got what they deserve for coming to Aus without an international standard spinner.

Cam Green could not have asked for better conditions to get some relatively cheap runs to try and justify his selection.

Stokes not bowling, Archer doing his standard vanishing act when the going gets tough, Jacks and Root both bowling absolute lollies, and the pitch isn't doing a heap.

Absolutely threw it away again. He cannot keep his spot.

Yep. Assuming Poms dont bowl us out I reckon we bat into the 3rd session tomorrow. Goat will have a field day on a day 5 pitch plus we grind them on a short turn around into Boxing Day.
