You could forgive him if they were just unplayable balls, but he's been throwing his wicket away. FrustratingIm all for giving batsmen a decent stretch of games as it is an unforgiving endeavor, but I think Webster deserves to take Green's place next Test.
Green just went hard hands at one that went past the edge before doing tye exact same thing next ball. Slow learner and on top of the duck in the first innings, its a concern.

Should just retire the second we get into our bowlers or after the first session tomorrow - whatever comes first.I reckon they have enough runs already. But will obviously bat England right out of the game.
Bat them out of the series..Archer and Stokes by far their best bowlers, put miles in their legs and make it a Whitewash.I reckon they have enough runs already. But will obviously bat England right out of the game.
He's a batting all-rounder and he's playing like one. Got what they deserve for coming to Aus without an international standard spinner.Surely they can't play Jacks any more. On a wicket that isn't offering a whole lot you need a spinner who can control the flow of runs. Jacks is allowing Australia to score at ODI speed - contrast that with Lyon who only went for 2.5 runs per over.
The funniest is that the only batsman who made the cut for Australia is... Cam Green!
Yep. Assuming Poms dont bowl us out I reckon we bat into the 3rd session tomorrow. Goat will have a field day on a day 5 pitch plus we grind them on a short turn around into Boxing Day.On a more positive note, what a great days play.
Bat tomorrow, then bat for a bit longer, then bat a little bit more. Get through until tea to make them bowl themselves into the ground.
English players look demoralised and exhausted
