Unless there is family violence order or some other criminal reason as to why he couldn’t see the kids, she actually can’t.

It has to go through family court to determine the split, if an outcome can’t be achieved through an informal arrangement by the parents or mediation.

Failure to comply with a parent’s request to see their children is not looked favourably upon once it does hit family court.

No single parent is the arbiter for their child, unless there is very, very good reason. Infidelity is not one of them.

If every parent took their child away because their spouse cheated, and the courts allowed it, we’d have a hell of a lot more fatherless/motherless children running around, which is a clear net negative to society.

Not sure what world you live in but cheating is pretty common.

Once his kids are old enough to understand that he prioritised his dick over the stability of their family environment, I reckon they'll certainly have questions over his ability to call himself a 'good parent'.
