I’ve had them in Germany and in a restaurant in Melbourne but never done my own. Keen to have a crack and see how they go. I thought they might have been cooked for longer but obviously not. Hope you enjoyed them.
Had to look up evoo lol.

I had them in Poland. Well I had the steak but someone else had them and I tried some. They were good. Never seen them over here. They might do it differently over there as they were nice and tender but there was no crackling or crispiness to them.

I did have brisket for the first time at a smokehouse lately and I really liked that. That is one I would like to learn how to do.

Going by the way Stokes batted I think he has given up on this nonsense. The Brook dismissal was just pathetic, even for a T20 game.

I just wonder if they get a new coach, whoever it is, can undo the mess the players are in.

I'm reliably informed that Harry Brook will attract votes in the Allan Border medal next month, such were the enormity of his errors in Adelaide. The 2 batsmen he dropped (Khawaja and Head) made 148 between them after they got lucky - plus there was that moment of madness yesterday against Lyon.

On another note, the Kiwi openers made another 192 in the second innings against the Windies, meaning the two opening partnerships yielded a mere 515. Surely a world record for a single Test.
