Why does Cox give Will a talking to about not letting go of his opppnemt around the 3 min mark. He'd left his marking opponent behind and stepped forward to the drop of the ball. I dont get it. Anyone care to explain. Why would you still wrestle if the opponemt has dropped off. Does that mean he should let the ball drop to the ground and wait till his opponent recovers. It beduffles me. Its one of the things that sometimes annoys me in games the wrestling by defenders keeping their eyes mostly on the movement of their opponent and not on the drop of the ball as opposed to the forward who keeps his eyes mostly on the ball. Someone explain it to me
Possibly because wrestling and body positioning was the point of the exercise? I don't know, but they would be getting him to work on certain things that we don't know about.

Your question is good and I wish I could explain it but I can't.

However I can't get over how tickled I am by the word 'beduffles'! I'm not sure if it was a typo or on purpose but I enjoyed it.

I think i knew there was a way to express how i felt. I dont think id used befuddles or my new word beduffles before. So i thought it was beduffles and preferred it anyway. It felt like it was still portraying the feelings of how i felt. I didnt make an effort to validate it because i was happy with it anyway :)
Good to see it incorporated DQ. Does it now require its own emoji

Ultimate pre-season track watch: The inside word at every club’s summer training

SYDNEY

The Swans doubled down in their final pre-season hit-out, heading into the Christmas break with a three-hour field session that was followed by a sweat fest of high-octane training in the gym.

It’s been a focus on fitness and building conditioning so far for Sydney, with many of their stars looking incredibly fit ahead of 2026.

There’s been plenty of praise for the old rookie pair Jake Lloyd and Dane Rampe. The Swans veterans were forced to wait for their one-year deals to be confirmed, but it appears to have brought the best out of them, as they’ve hit the ground running and are both in remarkable nick.

Logan McDonald continues to mount a strong campaign ahead of his AFL comeback, and for now has been spending the majority of his time training in the forward line. Youngster Jesse Dattoli also looks closer to the finished product now that he’s able to be a full participant in pre-season.

The only injury concerns are Billy Cootee (hip) and Taylor Adams (Achilles). Skipper Callum Mills is managing his minor hamstring strain but has still been training strongly and is on schedule to be fully integrated again in January.

Will probably get Walsh to replace Adams on the injury list

Walsh body is cooked and a minimal damaging mid forward of centre. Overrated

I was making a joke.

Haven't heard anything about us being interested in him.

Plus we wouldn't have cap space.
