I’d say they put plenty of time into it but the decision to actually change staff - this was discussed earlier today - was plainly a stupid one.

They had a dedicated fielding coach, who they let go 13 months ago. Then they used Collingwood who was already on staff. No doubt given his pedigree he would have been decent. But he’s gone too now. Now the generic staff do the fielding
