Premiership odds of $51! I put a tenner on us @ $51 to make the GF!
My best mates dad passed away in January of 2017, and I went to see him the night before. He told me to go to his local club in Pakenham and put $20 on Sydney and Richmond to make the GF for him.
I couldn't bundle that bet at the TAB, so put 2 separate $10 bets on Tiges and Swans to make the GF.
How he thought we'd make it at that point I'll never know... but the payout paid for my 2017 GF ticket

Got him from Port, only played 5 games, and was delisted in 16. You don't remember him as 16 was a year to forget lol. He is Kelvin Moore's brother whos carrer was destroyed by injury for us.

At the end of 16 i had a heart attack and am recovering in Hospital I had a dream that we win the 17 flag. Mysterious things do happen

Got me thinking talking about the Moores. Hawthorn, over the years, has traded or we got hawthorn names into our teams that helped us greatly compared to some other teams, e.g., Carlton and Port, which screwed us. From Rowlings, Welsh, and even Martello. Geoff ABLETT, Greg DEAMark GRAHAM, there are some during my time and can go back like the brownwlow medalist Col Austin, so on. Should have created a thread but can't be stuffed to farking hot lol
