Just won a clinker and this place....

Kyle and Brock are absolutely flying on offence. No Kittle and Tonges is plugged in. Williams goes down after the first snap, and we've still got a dominant run game. We've been super thin at WR all year, but still able to generate plenty of passing gains.

The D got shredded, we're at the point of counting stops over sacks (we had 4 including the last drive). Been points in the past 2 weeks where the secondary is fully exposed, lets hope Salah can make the adjustments in the coming weeks.

I would've been ok if we lost yesterday, as we could have put everyone on ice next week, but excited to have a legitimate path to the 1 seed just wish we didnt have another 6 day break.

Rain and wind on the cards as the bay area is inundated with poor weather.

Kittle looks like he'll play. Big Trent likely to get another week off.

Feel it's a bit of a pick'em if we can get out run game going and slow down theirs.

2 of the best special teams units floating around, could be these moments that decide the outcome.

didnt expect that result tbh, although sometimes Kyle is too conservative or tries to be too cute, he has done a great job with the injuries this year, deserves to be in the running for coach of the year.
That end around flea flicker thing for the CMC TD was a call back to the college days, loved it.
Having said all that I think were gonna have the same result as our last meeting with the Seahawks unfortunately but stranger things have happened I guess.

Great gritty win - Was not at all confident.

Seattle will be a tough task. Short week (Sunday oz time) against a rested side on their home turf, with kittle added to the injury list.
Stranger things have happened though, Need a good start and you never know!

Kyle and the coaching team did an incredible job to get the win with so many bits and pieces.

For all the knocks on his approach, play calling, injury management, draft selections, list management etc - when it comes to playoff time he's one of the best going around.

Each time he's made the playoffs it's either been a run to the Superbowl or NFC championship game, which is an impressive record. Yesterday is right up there with our best wins in his tenure.

I can't believe that they keep on staying alive with this many key issues

Shannahan is NFC championship game at min every time he makes the playoffs

wow, game over in the 1st.
1st play of the game.

What a shitshow for the team to be down 17-0 in no time.

A bad day to have our worst game of the year, and the Seahawks have their best game.

The D tried and kept getting to 3 & medium.or long, but couldn't get off the field. The O line evaporated and Brock had to run. For his life. The fumbles and turnovers was the icing on the cake.

Not a surprising way to finish the season. When you have $160 million plus sitting on the sideline the dam wall eventually breaks against the best. There is a reason these 3rd stringers have been on the practice squads around the league through out the year.

Early off season shopping list....

  • return of Warner, Bosa, Williams and Kittle.
  • replacing Saleh when he gets hired elsewhere
  • injuries hurt the D but it's also an excuse to cover for fundamental weaknesses at linebacker, safety, corner and edge. So they need to go to FA filling these spots with.
  • CMC was the offense but they need a tier 1 TE, at least one A grade receiver and a running back to emerge.
  • offensive line (again)...however, despite being OK the second half of the season, divisional rivals know our tendencies (why they looked especially bad against Seattle) ..Shanahan needs to mix up scheme and reinvent himself.

Draft players who actually will play.
Find a pass rush stud.
Find a WR who can create his own separation...defenses just plan against Shanahans scheme, make them also need to plan for the playmaker that Kittle, CMC and Deebo have been in the past.
