No, not at all. Define "involved". I would just say anyone guilty of anything illegal at the time should be convicted, but it will be difficult to get incontrovertible evidence.

No.. Biden couldn't release the files.. the files were sealed due to Ghislane Maxwell's trial. Could he have ordered them unsealed anyway? Maybe, but unlike your corrupt POTUS hero, Biden followed the rule of law and never turned the DOJ into his own political plaything to use to try and target anyone that disagrees with him or his political opponents..
Biden, like every other POTUS except Trump, allowed the DOJ to continue to operate independently of the government and Whitehouse.

Biden had morals and standards and respected the traditions of holding such a high office.. unlike your hero.

There is plenty of evidence against a few closely associated with Epstein, but for some reason they have been protected & some not even named... unlike some victims who have been named.

Wasn't Maxwell found guilty in 2021 and then sentenced in 2022?

Why couldn't Biden (or whoever was telling him where to stand) release the files in 2023 or 2024?

So they need to allow time for an appeal?

This all should have been properly released ASAP... years ago. Clearly been plenty of people working behind the scenes to delay.

I can’t speak for everyone, but I was of the camp that the Epstein files should not be released. I think anyone who has potentially committed crimes and have the book thrown at them, however, I don’t think releasing the full extent of the files to the public was and is appropriate.

I can only imagine how traumatic having this played out in public for the victims. There’s also the side effect of people who’s names got mentioned without really being involved, and now they have to deal with that.

And all of that has amounted to what? I we really any closer to seeing justice?

The reason why it gets brought up with Trump is because he himself said he would release them prior to the election.

Btw, does it really matter how we got here? We all know now that the president of the United States is likely a child sex offender, and we’re all just going to let that slide because everyone is so tied to their own ideology.
 
I could be mistaken, but I thought I read that the Jeffery Epstein files were very similar to the John F Kennedy files and the FBI locked them for 99 years. Locking them for that length of time allowed the victims to live their life without the worry of giving impact statements and becoming a witness in a court case.

Well Trump spent of all 2024 going on about releasing the Epstein files to placate his MAGA base because they thought it would implicate the Democrats and no-one else.

the figures dont matter unless 100% of kids stay transitioned my point stands. This is the whole argument. You and others appear to be condoning all these safeguards but even then kids have transitioned back with permanent damage to their bodies. So again, unless its 0.000% just 1 kid is too many and proves the system is faulty does it not?

I absolutely agree that any treatment needs to be research backed, it needs to be closely regulated and monitored, there needs to be strict guidelines and accountability for those who act outside their scope or irresponsibly.

However, your statement is effectively saying that if one child has an adverse reaction to some form of treatment, it should be scrapped entirely, regardless of how many people it helps.

As I’ve said before, this is a high risk population for whom if nothing is done, they will be worse off. If the evidence points towards a certain form of treatment being a net positive for that child, and the family and the child come to that decision in consultation with their doctor, why should the government intervene?

At the moment we’re taking what should be a medical discussion and turning it into an ideological one.
