You’ve only just watched it? I wish I could wind back time and watch it again for the first time. I still rate it no.1 for sitcoms, but something has happened that I never thought would happen. I’ve grown tired of watching the re-runs.
I’ve been watching for a few years now the personal lives of 3 of the main four have been embroiled in controversy for a variety of reasons though

Don't think I've ever watched an episode of Senfield. And I'm 32.
In that case….

Not me.

I spent $400 on the 4K set. One of the discs is in my PS5 as we speak. Phenomenal series.

Julia Louis-Dreyfus was overshadowed by the Aniston types in the 90s it took until her early 50s to really get the appreciation for her beauty in Veep

Early 1990’s clothing didn’t show off her beauty.

Then the mid 1990’s episodes hit and wowza.

I haven't watched two of the highest rated TV shows of all time - The Sopranos and The Wire. I really should get around to that sometime.

Neither have I. Mafia/gang stuff doesn't interest me so I never bothered with The Sopranos. I always meant to check out The Wire but just never got around to doing it.

You should. You really should. Words cannot accurately describe how much you really should watch both of those shows.

Plus Deadwood . You need to watch that too.

I was the same with The Wire for years. I just never got around to it. And I was probably a little sick of people telling me how good it is. Then I watched it and I thought, okay it's better than I thought. Much, much better.

Yes, there’s an old saying “you can’t go back”, and no matter how much you enjoyed the shows when they were fresh and new, it’s never quite the same when you revisit them years later.

The Wire is every bit as good.
I absolutely love The Sopranos.

I'm 75% of the way through season 2 of The Wire. I can see how well it's made but it's just not as good for me. Due to the nature of the show, I feel like it takes a long time setting things up through the season. It's by no means a bad watch, I'll definitely finish it. It just doesn't quite feel on the rung of the Sopranos to me.

I haven't seen most of the 'must watch' tv shows...the Wire, Sopranos, Breaking Bad, Ozark etc etc...feels like way too late to try and get onto it now.
Oh it's never too late Mebby! The HBO ones in particular have aged really well I feel.

what about Mad Men? I reckon you might like that, its easily on same level as Wire and Sopranos IMO minus the violence.
I watched a few eps of it but again, missed the cultural wave. I prefer limited series over ones that have huge arcs, I just don't have the attention span.
