Lol so I got a delivery of tiles for my gold plated throne bathroom, and the national tiles delivery guy just rams his manitou into the garage and breaks some of the garage floor tiles, bails without saying a word.

I send a polite email to support with pics explaining whats happened and I eventually get a response that litetally says "you didnt tell us not to drive on the tiles"
