Your original post states "some things never change at Essendon".....You tap the brakes chungi, I realise this fitness team is only new and as I said, I hope we have a good long term plan. Nevertheless when you have 25% of your list missing, questions do need to be asked. You can polish it as much as you like but we are miles behind everyone else before we play our first game.
As for give it a chance, I’ll ask the question at every opportunity as any professional organisation should be reviewing operations continuously.

They asked the questions for the injury crisis and implemented change. Of that 25% you speak of, most are carry over injuries from when these questions you want answered were asked.
They asked the questions, they reviewed, they have implemented change and it will take time. I'm sure they are constantly reviewing.
Just give them a chance before rolling out the same old Essendon shtick.
