Find it very hard to accept that those who find their way onto an AFL list can't follow instructions/game plan. They've been around the game, obviously excelling, for the majority of their lives.
Have we had a string of coaches who just can't get the message through, or have we constantly drafted players who can't adhere to a modern game plan?
I expect mistakes, break downs etc, but it looks like some of these guys haven't been coached before.

Like all elite sport it is about the message.

When there are 4 coaches in a row that can't explain it, I'm having trouble to see why we can't actually blame these morons who don't understand it.

It may not be his fault, or it may be, but the reality is that the quickest and easiest thing we can do right now is admit it's not working and move on.

This is not an advancing team, we're stagnant, at best. Richmond and North are both ahead of us in terms of development and West Coast will more than likely beat us.

At some point of this season, President Welsh is going to have to make a tough call on brad, at which point do you think he will make the call and pretty much sack him? It's time to go. I'm not sure what criteria they were assessing him on but if he hasn't failed our board has to go as well.

Last year he was given a pass due to injuries and at a minimum the players were putting in the effort that was required.

However:

• We have seemingly gone backwards in our ability to play, maybe the only club that didn't figure out what the new rules would do to the game
• I still cannot see a game plan that will ever bring this list into contention for a premiership, in fact I cannot see a game plan at all. Players honestly seem to be lost too
• Some of the personnel decisions I just think are wrong. Durham isn't a mid, Roberts isn't a mid. Jacobs isn't a coach. McGrath isn't a captain. Blakiston isn't a ruck. You may disagree with some or all of these which is fine
• I am worried for our player development. Many of the youngsters look like they are struggling, confidence is going to take a long term hit. Mini and Yze are getting smashed but at least you can see the direction they are taking their teams
• Lastly, 4 years in and no leaders have been developed to the point that a depth player from the Suns made his way into our leadership team year 1

From what I hear he has been good for club stability and working behind the scenes with the political mess of our club, but as a coach I have seen enough to know we need to move on.

Probably does not do a lot. Any new coach will still have to deal with the list issues.
