Penrith alone had seven boys and mixed teams in "13-and-under" age groups last year, and there's other clubs with similar spreads. 97 players just cannot be anywhere near true. I think "14 teams" must be off too, really, unless they mean under 13 boys teams specifically rather than all 13-and-under age groups.
