I think Anderson has better JS and either way, I think it’s worth seeing how Cumming goes first before jumping on Retschko.

If Cumming outperforms then it may be Retschko who goes out when Taranto returns.

Was about to pose the same type question...given the Rd 12 bye issues in the forwardline, and the fact he's basically fully priced, is there a world where you can get cute and trade him out and bring him back in prior to Rd13.

Sheez > Zurhaar - Save $600k, score the same (if Sheezel's finger hampers him and Zurhaar's role sticks), and buy him back in Rd 13 for $900k.

Apologies if it's already been discussed, but I think I'll bench Butters, just need someone to come with me for support. Anyone? I've no loop options. So, I'll be playing either Grjl who is potentially freed up without Banks, or Angry on the big stage of ANZAC day. Leaning Angry but I'm sure I'll choose wrong.

I could be wrong (and have been many times) Retschko is a winger, has a massive tank and the Tigers have 2 spots available, Ralphsmith has one for now but I'd rate Retschko ahead of him, so JS looks good until form says otherwise.

Cumming is an inside mid with good forward craft and a strong mark for his size, Rioli is out with a hammy and Mansell has a few more weeks to go before he's back. Cumming probably has 4 weeks to show his wares and if he performs he could stay in.

Hopper was rested last week, so he's the replacement for Taranto this week. Burton is also an inside mid but with good run and carry and a bit of a ball pig to boot, he could slot into HB rotations allowing Grjl more mid time, his JS would be the shakiest, but again, if he performs he'll stay.

Even the 72 last week was unconvincing, 15 of those points were random soccers (including 3 in a row which we all cheered). Still, thought he had done enough anyway, far from the worst for North.

Clarko and the selection committee could do us all a favour and drop both of them entirely from the squad.

But I think there is precedent for those outside the emergency list to be late call-ups.
