I feel so so flat. Felt like i was finally well placed to have a real push into the Top 100 this season.

Then Caldwell. Caldwell has been the biggest failure of my fantasy career. Will have lost close to 300k when I trade him next week and has averaged in the 80s. Thought he had a chance of being the top 3-4 fantasy players. Had averaged 116 or something in favourable conditions last year. He's been the complete opposite. And worst thing is, hes an Essendon player I dont even like.

Add in Dawson missing 3 gamed and my season is completely ****ed.

Honestly, just cant do it anymore. **** this.

If it's any consolation I'm in the same boat. Caldwell's injury today has actually cooked my season I reckon.

Prices are calculated on a three game cycle, so if a player's second last game was putrid it still factors into it. Once the player is three games past, that score gets ignored and thus prices shoot up.

The Clug looked in good touch today, I've pencilled him in. His BE should be very low, not that it matters, looks a solid 100 average type, can accumulate the marks, tackles and the occasional goal to buff up his numbers.

Neale has always been the no1 tag target, but I think you could see it starting to move over to McCluggage even last season. At his price he is still 100% worth it even with tags.

Eventually he can either be looped (has a decent ceiling on his day) or on traded to a clear top8. I wouldn't stress too much about it. If it helps Wash seems to be getting all the media attention at the very least.
