It's close enough to that to regard.Unless your mate at the pub happens to be Narni himself, disregard.

I don't. I'm not saying Narni won't retire this year, but I can't imagine he has already made his mind up one way or the other . I would think that if he has a good year, he'll go around again, and if he doesn't, he'll probably consider hanging up the boots. His best is well and truly good enough, and at this point in time, he's as fit as he's ever likely to be.

It does happen. This time last year Spud was at my nephew's school and he said it would definitely be his last year (obviously he had a ripper season and changed his mind) but many footballers would go into a season thinking it's their last
Well said. Players like Fishy, Basti, Patch, Spud, Loose, Taz, BJ and Robbie Nahas aren't appearing in a lot of best 22s on here but they are all capable players who when fit are great depth or could even end up cemented into the team by the end of the year. Not to mention the less experienced guys that could step up: Dumont, McKenzie, Warren, Wood etc.I love how he pointed out that most on the list think they are a chance of starting in the 22. This is where our improvement will come from this year.
Will perform the biggest celebration if he reaches the ton.He will probably be managed through the season as an insurance player. Hopefully, gets enough games to get to a 100 too.
Needs 14 games, which given his injury history is not guaranteed at all. Hope he gets there. I would say he will play anywhere between 10 and 15 games. Will perform the biggest celebration if he reaches the ton.

If I was working for a bookmaking firm, I'd give the odds for him reaching the ton at about 2.20Aww.
I'm normally not one for gratuitous swearing. This'll about do Narni, I think:

Grima is expected to miss 12-14 weeks with back injury. More information tomorrow #NMFC
I did enough for both of us.I'm normally not one for gratuitous swearing.
But **** that shit.
We may have Tarrant and Tippet, but Narni was a proven quantity and a ripper bloke.
Sad news.
Tarrant's stocks have suddenly shot through the mofing roof.Shit news. Great bloke and a quality player but his body clearly isn't meant to play football. I really hope he can get back for the real stuff at the end of the year but this will seriously test our KPD depth early on.
