Don't mean to hijack your thread guys, but in my phantom I had Jay as the player I most wanted my club to take and the best smokey in the draft. I had him in my top 25 players, think he's a very good player and things would have been a lot different had he not been injured first half of the year.

Wow that was impressive and that 'huge speckky' was from only two steps 'in wintery conditions' (not easy) and he's only 17yo at time..... that'll do me with 'small dose' of Gary Ablett Snr to boot. How often do you see a kid be a 'clean' one grab/pack mark and get's great penetration with his kicking in 'soft-ground conditions', lots to like. Well done Wellsy and the boys!

Wonder if it was the same scout?

Just a hunch, but I think we may turn this kid into an intercept defender rather than a forward. Give him a year as a forward then flick him to defence

Was thinking Mitch Georgiades if we keep him forward. Similar sort of style and powerful build, at least from those highlights.

Would take that in a heartbeat.
