ROUND 1

Pick 1 - Melbourne -------- Jack Watts - KP Forward - 194cm, 85kg
What there need with neits gone and robbo at there end of his carrer

Pick 2 - West Coast --------- Daniel Rich - Midfielder - 183cm, 83kg

i recon there will go with the best midfeilder in the draft
because look what won them the premeship there star midfeild
and there will look to rebuild it
no need for natia with cox and seaby and there is a young bloke there who has talent as a ruckman not sure of his name but read it some where so lock in rich

Pick 3 - Fremantle------- Nick Naitanui - Ruck - 197cm, 95kg
There will ethier go for vickery or natia or hartlett
but there will keep the local boy pretty much lock him in

Pick 4 - Port Adelaide ----- Tyrone Vickery - Ruck/Key Forward 200cm,86kg
this kid has the best hands im seen put him in forward down back or in ruck
i recon this kid is better then natia atm but naita has alot to learn
with lade and others gone port are lacking in the tall department
so vickery for the power

Pick 5 - Essendon ------ Michael Hurley - KP Back - 192cm, 92kg
Anyone could be at this pick but im gonna go with hurly
will suit up for them in full back in round 1
with flether gone i say there will ethier go for this kid or get a star midfeilder someone like hartlett or sidebottom
but lock in michal hurley

Pick 6 - Carlton ---------- Jackson Trengove - KP Back - 196cm, 77kg
Carlton are looking for a forward a backman or ruckman no midfeilder
well this kid is all of them
can play anywhere only risk is coming back from injury

Pick 7 - Brisbane ---------- - Tom Swift - Midfielder - 190cm, 84kg
Might surprise a few but doesnt surprise me
this kid if didnt have injury could be number 1 pick
voss has rated this kid very highley and will snap him up because he wont go pass round 2

Pick 8 - Richmond -------- Steele Sidebottom - Midfielder - 182cm,
Richmond are looking for forward type midfeilder player
i say sidebottom will suit richmond the best
there could go for hartlett but i say sidebottom is the player for them
if yarran goes to carlton
i think there might go for a taller type play in trengrove
but players who will likly to be a tiger are sidebottom trengrove Ziebell Mckernen Hartlett

Pick 9 - North Melbourne --- Jack Ziebell - Midfielder/Utility - 188cm, 84kg

this kid looks like he has the shinboner spirt
so ziebel for kangaroos or ethier there will pick up yarren dont see anyone else going to north

Pick 10 - Adelaide ---------- Chris Yarran - Medium forward- 180cm, 84kg
Chris yarran this kid is awesome thats what i got to say
alot like motlop and dale thomas with skills allways knows where the goals are
and can kick a bag of goals
add him with taylor walker these two will be buddy and roughead in years to come
if not there will go for hamish hartlett the local boy

Pick 11 - Collingwood ------- Hamish Hartlett - Midfielder - 182cm, 74kg
Hamish hartlett will go no further star player this kid
alot like rhys palmer could be alot higher but ya never no there is usally one player who slips
worth a punt

Pick 12 - Sydney ----------- Shaun McKernan - Tall Utility - 196cm, 95kg
everitt retired there looking for a backup ruckman and a tall forward with barry hall and mickey olouchin
nearly gone easy choice for sydney
lock it in

Pick 13 - St.Kilda ----------- Lewis Johnston - KP Forward - 192cm, 87kg
There were after ryan okeefe
myne aswell get a younger version of him
there need a 3rd tall forward and this is the kid
this kid has talent to burn
lock him in

Pick 14 - Western Bulldogs -- Ayce Cordy - Ruck/Key forward
father and son rule

Pick 15 - Geelong ---------- Nick Heyne - Medium Forward -187cm,79kg
there looking for a forward ethier it will be him
or ryan Ryan Schoenmakers

Pick 16 - Hawks ----------- Stephen Hill
this kid had a impressive draft camp i recon hawks will pick him
ethier him or blease

Pick 17 - Melbourne ------ Sam Blease - Midfielder - 183cm, 72kg
The next brent harvey this kid
not the tallest person going around but has pace to burn
runs down players kicks goals and a good running midfeilder
has a lack of fitness but will build on that
or there will go for mitch robinson but will be a midfeilder

Pick 18 - West Coast - Mitch Robinson
i say there will go for another midfeilder
mitch robinson has alot of skills reminds me alot like scott pendlebury
not the best kick but will improve

have not fnished will be finished by next week

Not bad mate, Carlton don't have pick 24 anymore and the Saints don't have pick 31, the Dogs do so might need to change that around.

Don't see Rockliff going that high TBH, not sure he has the potential or athleticism to see him go that high. I'd also bet a fair amount of money that Banner won't end up at the Pies. Hine's past performances in the draft suggest Banner would be a fair way down on his list, maybe through Dan Hannebery in at the Pies pick.

Like that you include James Strauss though, one of the only people to do so, personally think he'll go higher but i'm pretty sure he'll fit somewhere into the second round, great all-round game.

Why would Essendon take a ruckman when we drafted Bellchambers last year, who looks the goods and we have Hille. Hurley or Swift/Ziebell or Sidebottom please.

belchambers is poo only could get a game when hille was injured
vickey will play a key role for ya in forward
his got the best hand and takes great marks and is hard at it
no like laycock who just stands there and watches
and vickery is a very good ruckman and was beating natnanui in under 18 championships match

he will suit well in your team very well
would not be surprised if there got picked to the players u named the next pick would be hurly
but i went with vickery because he will suit ya the best
dont under estimate this kid

Your Judging a 19 year old ruckman crap, and funnily enough, he played his debut alongside hille.

We don't need another forward to start off with, we already have gumby and neagle as kpp, with daniher and monfries also able to fill these possies if needed.

and vickery is a very good ruckman and was beating natnanui in under 18 championships match

We have 3 ruckmen on our list already, with ryder and gumby also able to pinch hit.

For the reasons stated, we won't take Vickery.

never be too sure, a lot were surprised when we took Leuenberger as we already had Charman, Wood, Mcdonald at the time

Not bagging your logic but if that occurred that would be an absolute shocker of a draft result for Fremantle.

Although I don't know a lot about the individuals I would say that that mock draft looks as if it addresses most of West Coast's most obvious deficiencies. I've been saying for some time that we need a small forward and a small defender MORE than three or more midfielders and your mock draft has provided the Eagles with both by pick 36.

What position does Hill play again ?

I understand these are hard to do,

But Harvey has come out a couple of times and said that we will be looking for midfielders + you had us getting just the 1 in the fourth round.

So going on that your placings would change a whole lot when we take mid's with our 2nd 3rd and 4th picks in the draft + thats if we took NN.

If we draft a specialist small defender with our first 3 selections, I will be pretty pissed off. Id much prefer a good quality midfielder.

surely xavier gotch and steve muller would be up there..gotch won the chargers b+f this season and captained an undefeated de la side in the acc, muller had an exceptional year with sandy and was a major contributer in de las forward line in school.

i would put gotch in front the likes of banner or german..

I'd be disappointed if St Kilda left Swift to pick up Robinson. Not horribly surprised, but disappointed. I'd go with Swift, Heyne, Blease, Hill or Broadbent before Robinson. Mitch certainly knows where the ball is, but I'm not sure whether his other skills translate to an impact player at the next level.

Pick 45 - Collingwood --- Mitch Banner Utility - 178cm, 77kg

whys eveyone hatting on banner so much his a gun hope he friggens wins a rising star or sumthing to shut ya up

It is strange how you think a "gun" will be recruited at pick 45. Surely IF he was going to win the rising star, he could have gone higher in your mock draft?

im not hatting banner, i saw the grand final and thought he was awesome. he definetly should be drafted, im just saying gotch should go before him, IMO and most definetly infront of german.

Because he is a Collingwood supporter that wants him to fall that low.
