1. Geelong (The top 4 as a whole, are stand-outs)
2. Hawthorn
3. St Kilda
4. Western Bulldogs

5. Adelaide
6. Carlton (Woo Carlton Vs Collingwood ELIMINATION FINAL!!!)
7. Collingwood
8. Port Adelaide

9. Richmond (Richmond will get very close!)
10. West Coast (Should play finals in 2010)
11. North Melb (seems they are always on their last legs, prove me wrong)
12. Essendon
13. Brisbane Lions
14. Fremantle
15. Sydney (i think they are due for a crash) BOOM!

Not too many huge changes really. I think outside the top 2, the competition will be pretty even.

Been thinkng. I done one before, this will be my final prediction, until the drafts etc.

1. Geelong(Will be too strong again next year)
2. Western Bulldogs(Only going to improve)
3. Hawthorn(There about, may take 2nd or 3rd)
4. Carlton(Finished 2008 off strong)
5. North Melbourne(Will be there about)
6. Richmond(Big improvers next year)
7. St.Kilda(Are better then a Bottom 8 side)
8. Collingwood(See St.Kilda)

9. Fremantle
10. Adelaide Crows
11. Brisbane Lions
12. Port Adelaide
13. West Coast Eagles
14. Sydney Swans
15. Essendon
16. Melbourne

Now seriously
1. Geelong - Too good
2. Collingwood - further development to the youngsters will help alot
3. Hawthorn - The buddy show will roll on
4. Carlton - Its time for there youngsters to start to shine
5. North Melbourne - Could be anywhere in the 8 cant see them dropping out
6. Richmond - See collingwood and carlton
7. Adelaide - Should be around here again but should see some promising youngsters come through
8.Bulldogs - not sure what to expect it depends on if the bulldogs of the first half of the year or second half show up
9. St Kilda - Just miss out will lose plenty if roo gets injured
10. Essendon - Will keep getting better but still not as good as some supporters think
11. Brisbane - new coach some older players youngsters need to develop will stagnate this year
12. Sydney - Ageing list should help some youngsters develop but past their time now
13. Port Adelaide - all of their talented players outside players They need someone to get in their and win some hardball
14. West Coast - Will start their rebound back to the top
15. Melbourne - Will keep developing there young players but wont rise up for a couple of years still
16. Fremantle - Pav can't carry them for ever palmer may suffer the second year blues

Flag: Cats 3 in a row but the gap will start the to close from behind Runners up: Pies

Its too early to tell but i haven't posted much in a while so...

Cats (will dominate again)
Hawks (only improving will be close to cats)
Bulldogs (same as this season)
Kangas (will be around here somewhere)
Crows (did alright this year and will now be getting key fwds back)
TIGERS (Continuing to improve will be good to watch)
Magpies (are improving but so are other teams)
St Kilda (shown this year that they are a quality side)
Carl (will just miss out but still improve)
Lions (May start off slow due to new coach but will be o.k.)
Sydney (Probably will end higher but i forgot about them)
Freo (If they mature will improve heaps)
Ess (same as Sydney) :confused:
West Coast (if they lose kerr will need to step up in mid)
Port (meh...)
Melb (will slowly improve but it will take long to turn it around)

I'll probably be way off, but oh well. Brisbane to be the big mover, though I predicted that for this year too. Wouldn't surprise me if they finished out of the 8 again.

Richmond and Carlton to also enter the 8, both impressive young sides who showed glimpses this year. Port are a big chance for the 8 if they can keep everyone on the park, but I kept them outside.

Collingwood will drop out, another big loss of experience will hurt - Buckley, Licuria, Clement, Wakelin, Burns, Holland and Lonie in 2 years. But will bounce back for top 2 in 2010. ;) If we get Cousins we might make the finals - experience and quality, even in one player, can make a big difference.
