2009 Player Expectations: Greg Gallman

Just wondering whether you think he'll get a game, if so what role will he play? Hows he travelling I no he did well in your 3km run. Thoughts and Opinions appreciated.

Unfortunately still doesn't really have a set position as far as I can tell. Has been floated to do lots of roles, everything from tagger to full back.

With the departure of a number of defenders last year he may get a couple of games but unless he does something fairly spectacular (and he seems more of a meat-and-potatoes kind of footballer to my viewing...) I can't see him holding a place in this main side.

IMO will be a fringe player and will get games depending on injuries, I hope he will geta few games but probabaly wont cement his spot in the 22.

What I do hope is he spends most of his year in the North adelaide seniors.

Dude, he is going to be the best bargain for a Dream Team. Get in early I say

Greg can defend and run. While the jury is still out, he might just be a part of a resurgent hard, hard running crows tean in 09.

I have been a Gallman fan for some time so my opinion may be a bit Bias

IMO he will be gthe player to replace Robert Shirley as a tagger, Gallman has a big tank, excellent defensive skills and the height to pick go with the taller modern day midfielder....

Maybe Gallman will be groomed in the back 6 prior to moving to a defensive run with role...

I expect Gallman to get a crack sometime in 2009, IMO when he gets his opportunity he will grab it
