Autopicks are now the $107k players in trade price order
The only picks that can be passed are Launceston's last two.
All skips are reset, everyone gets 24 hours for their next pick.

Rookies are more flexible, you can use them as much or as little as you like as top up players (but you have to make that decision pre-Round 1), they cost $44,000 but you can promote them on cheap deals at the end of the year.
