I am not liking Picken deciding to tag my new recruit Simpson instead of Judd. Grr.

My scores are a big down, particularly in the backs where Enright was down, and I compounded my misery by choosing Nason as emg with Webberley as 9th back so Goddard becomes 18 . Playing with 21 due to Fyfe also. Oh, and the SC boffins decided to be incredibly cruel to GAJ with the scoring.

That said, the way Lake, and to a lesser extent, Scotland, are playing right now, I'm thinking I'll hit about 220 which would be a decent result.

I was a bit hesitant to put my name in front of the weekly in-round discussion thread, but it just seemed easier/more convenient to bundle it all up into the same thing (easier to reference, etc).

If a few people oppose, or are unhappy with that, I'll separate them.

2295 all up.

Could be an ok-ish round overall i guess?? Would have taken 2300 prior to the start of WB v Carlton game (was on 1962), just never know how Hall is going to go. 112 from him is pretty good. Made up for Cross' horrible score and Judd done very good too.

2150 with 2 donuts with gumbo and gysberts not playing. Trengrove as cover for Goddard who was my captain with ablett as Vice hurt. Pretty happy with it considering. Only got 2 trades left and am biding my time for finals time for my barlow trade...

Goddard, Hodge, Swan, NDS, Selwood, Pendles, Sandi, Pavlich & Buddy (and jPod when the Cats play at skilled )

Absolutely stoked given Godddard's withdrawal, Enright's 38, ROK's 58 and Gaz as skipper

Kennelly (139) for coming good and continuing his great record against the Kangas;
Mal-sexi (129) for his continued efforts this year;
Selwood (144) for having a great game against quality opposition and covering for your mate Gaz;
Sandi (128) for puting up 120+ in a losing side
Buddy (141) for just being awesome; and
Rockliff (117) 7th forward spot anyone?

2,304 pre-rounding. I'm shocked, given a zero from Gumbleton, Enright and ROK's shockers and having Webberley and Hams both playing (one replacing Goddard). Not to mention Ablett as captain. Having said that, I did think of taking it off him to give it to... Goddard. Wouldn't have made a lick of difference in other words.

Pipped my league opponent to the post, and have moved to 9th on the ladder. Only out of the top 8 on percentage.

Lake, Duffield, Hodge, Rich, Black, Jolly (shock horror), Franklin and Tippett

Villains:

Ablett, O'Keefe and Morris (Morris was the lowest scorer.... to be fair he was an affordable pickup to fill a defenders position).
