The most famous Tiger though is probably Phil Egan who played all of his 125 games in the #13 RFC jumper between 1982-90.
There really are only a few players who made their name in the number #13 RFC jumper!

Much more people would know Phil Egan than Joe Murdoch.Hmm - considering Joe Murdoch played in 6 GFs (winning 2), I think the phrase you want re Phil Egan is 'better-known' rather than 'most famous'. The teams Murdoch played in had a 75% winning record.
