Rookie Draft
All players cost the same for a rookie spot, and all are on one year deals. No passing allowed. If you don't take your pick in time, your time is halved for the remainder of the draft. Auto picks will be taken only at the end of the draft, using some system I haven't figured out yet.
There are 6 players who are not eligible for the rookie draft. If sante wants one of these to replace McPhee, he can take that pick at any time, otherwise will get a pick from the 9 leftover rookie players at the end of the draft.
